                        • Take a small bowl to prepare the dressing. 
                        • Whisk soy sauce, tea, rice vinegar, canola oil, and sesame oil.

                        • Pour mirin mixture over the steak. 
                        • Put the marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally.

                        • Don't forget to salt the water. When cooked, drain and rinse under the cold water. 
                        • Transfer noodles to a large bowl,

                        • Then, preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grill rack. 
                        • Grill the steak for 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

                        • When cooked, transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
