    Chickenpox is caused by a virus called chickenpox zoster. People get the infection after being in contact with an infected child or adult. Chicken pox is one of the most infectious diseases. People who have never had chickenpox and have never been vaccinated with the highest risk of infection.

    Healthy eating:
    When you have chicken, it is very important that you follow a nutritious diet. First, homemade food is essential.
